MSGK-12GS 12-Channel Switchgear Characteristic Tester | Breaker Analyzer

MSGK-12GS 12-Channel Switchgear Characteristic Tester | Breaker Analyzer

Product Description

Precision mechanical testing for SF6, GIS, vacuum, and oil circuit breakers — 12 channels, one integrated solution.

The MSGK-12GS is a high-precision, 12-channel switchgear characteristic tester engineered for comprehensive mechanical testing of circuit breakers. It simultaneously measures inherent opening and closing times across 12 fractures, in-phase and phase-to-phase synchronization, recloser timing, bounce characteristics, travel curves, and coil current waveforms.

Designed for field and factory use, the MSGK-12GS delivers lab-grade accuracy with super anti-interference capability — it performs reliably even when the bypass busbar of a 500 kV substation is live.

Why Choose the MSGK-12GS?

| Testing 12 fractures simultaneously | 12 independent timing channels (A1–C4) |

| High-voltage interference in live substations | Super anti-interference design, tested at 500 kV live bypass |

| Complex sensor installation | Compatible with rotation, linear, acceleration & photoelectric sensors |

| On-site reporting needs | Built-in thermal printer, prints data & graphs instantly |

| Data archiving & analysis | Real-time clock, mass storage, PC software for deep analysis |

| Different breaker speed definitions | Pre-loaded definitions + user-defined speed segments |
