Transformer Sweep Frequency Response Tester
Transformer Sweep Frequency Response Tester
For safety consideration, please carefully read this manual before using the tester. In particular, the notes to instructions should be followed.
Product Description
The MSSFR‑2000 Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer (SFRA) is a dedicated test instrument for power transformer winding deformation diagnosis. Compliant with DL/T911‑2016 and IEC60076‑18 standards, it evaluates winding conditions for 66 kV and higher‑grade transformers by frequency‑response analysis. There is no need to lift or disassemble the transformer tank, to identify winding distortion, bulging and displacement faults caused by short‑circuit shock or mechanical impact.
Main Features
- Rapid measurement: single‑phase winding test completed within 1‑2 minutes.
- High frequency accuracy up to 0.001% with digital frequency synthesis for stable performance.
- 5000 V voltage isolation design fully protects the connected test computer.
- Simultaneously load up to 9 test curves; software automatically calculates parameters and gives reference diagnosis conclusions.
- Support linear and logarithmic sweep modes; sweep range and sampling points can be freely configured.
- Intuitive Windows‑based test software, one‑key measurement after parameter setup.
- Built‑in database manages test data; export test reports in Word or JPG format.
Technical Specifications

Application
Designed for on‑site inspection of power transformers and special‑purpose transformers. By comparing amplitude‑frequency response characteristics, engineers can judge whether internal windings suffer permanent deformation after transportation, short‑circuit faults or collision.
