The 300kV / 15kJ impulse voltage generator complete set is designed for standard lightning impulse voltage full-wave tests** on power transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, lightning rods, switches, bushings, insulators, and other test objects with voltage levels of 35kV and below.

This impulse voltage generator produces standard lightning impulse voltage full waves that meet IEC and GB311-97 national standard requirements. It is suitable for high-voltage test laboratories, power research institutes, transformer factories, and switchgear manufacturers.

The following waveforms can be generated when the load capacitance is 300–5000pF:

– 1.2 ± 30% / 50 ± 20% μs lightning impulse voltage full wave, voltage efficiency ≥ 95% (no load)

– Impulse voltage waveform parameters fully meet IEC and GB311-97 national standard requirements

– Synchronization range: Voltage range is 10% to 100% of rated voltage, positive and negative polarity synchronization range not less than 20%

– Ignition range: 10% to 100%

– Synchronous discharge runaway rate: < 2%

– Minimum output voltage: ≤ 10μm

– Charging voltage instability: ≤ ±1.0%

– Duration of use: Above 70% of rated voltage, continuous operation with one charge-discharge cycle every 90 seconds; below 70% of rated voltage, continuous operation with one charge-discharge cycle every 45 seconds
