MS‑9320S 3‑Channel Transformer DC Resistance Tester
MS‑9320S 3‑Channel Transformer DC Resistance Tester
Product Description
MS‑9320S is a professional three‑channel transformer DC resistance tester for transformer factory acceptance, site hand‑over and preventive maintenance test. It detects coil defects including poor welding, loose connections, missing strands and broken wires.
Different from traditional single‑phase DC resistance meters requiring phase‑by‑phase repeated charging‑discharging cycles, this unit supports three‑phase simultaneous energizing, magnetic‑augment function and built‑in demagnetization. It drastically cuts testing time especially for multi‑tap large power transformers.
7‑inch color touch‑screen, bilingual UI, data storage, printing, USB and RS232 communication make it ideal for both transformer workshop and substation field work.
Applications
– Factory test for semi‑finished & finished power transformers
– Installation‑handover and preventive maintenance of in‑service transformers
– Large five‑limb core transformers with delta‑connected low‑voltage windings (magnetic‑assist mode)
– YN, D(Y), two‑winding and three‑winding transformers
– Test reactors and other inductive winding components
Key Features
1. Three‑phase simultaneous measurement: Single‑wiring completes star‑connected winding three‑phase DC resistance test, automatically calculates three‑phase unbalance rate. Phase‑by‑phase test available for YN / D(Y) transformers.
2. Magnetic‑augment function: Special HV‑LV series excitation mode for five‑leg core transformers with delta‑LV windings, realizes fast, accurate low‑winding resistance measurement.
3. Built‑in demagnetization function: Eliminates core residual magnetism after DC resistance test, avoids magnetizing‑inrush risk for subsequent commissioning.
4. Winding temperature conversion: Select copper / aluminum winding material, convert measured resistance to target reference temperature. Supports YN neutral‑point lead resistance compensation for higher data consistency.
5. Safety protection & audible discharge alarm: Complete protection circuits. Audible discharge alarm reminds operators to wait for full discharge before disconnecting test cables to prevent mis‑operation.
6. Powerful data management: Stores up to 100 groups test records locally; built‑in thermal printer; USB export; RS232 port connects to PC upper‑computer software.
7. 7‑inch color touch‑screen: Chinese / English switchable interface; industrial plastic portable case for field harsh‑condition deployment.
