The MSTTR‑F Transformer Turns Ratio Tester (TTR tester) is designed for factory production inspection, new transformer commissioning and preventive maintenance of power transformers. It checks transformer turns‑ratio accuracy, tap‑changer condition, inter‑turn short‑circuit faults and parallel‑operation feasibility.
Different from traditional manual turns‑ratio bridge which requires phase‑by‑phase measurement and manual value conversion, this unit adopts three‑phase precision inverter power supply, delivering fast, intuitive and high‑accuracy testing results for field‑site power jobs.

3. Multiple built‑in safety protections: High‑low voltage reverse‑connection protection, inter‑turn short‑circuit protection, incomplete tap‑changer operation protection, full output short‑circuit protection for higher test stability.
4. Automatic tap‑position measurement: After inputting rated parameters, it auto‑calculates turns ratio, error value and tap location. Supports up to 99 tap positions, accurate for asymmetrical tap transformers.
5. 7‑inch bright touch‑screen LCD: Clear readout under strong sunlight, full touch‑control, Chinese / English language switch.
